What we store
Only the verified email address you give us and the exact report we send. Your raw answers and any note you write are used to make the report and then deleted.
What we do not store
No account. No password. No name, address, or phone number. Refreshing the form erases your answers — please finish in one visit. If you choose My Health Records, those records stay in your browser and are never sent to Malecare.
