Educational information only. Reports produced by this tool are educational information for a mature adult audience. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They do not create a doctor–patient relationship with Malecare.

Talk to your care team. Do not start, stop, or change any treatment, medication, supplement, test, or appointment based on a report from this tool without first discussing it with your own healthcare provider.

No survival predictions. This tool does not predict how long you will live or rank treatments as "best." It summarises options and questions for your care team.

Accuracy. Reports are generated from what you enter and from a curated evidence library. Malecare does not review your medical records. Information may be incomplete or wrong. If a report contradicts your care team, trust your care team.

No warranty. The tool is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Malecare disclaims liability for any decision made in reliance on a report.

Prohibited use. Do not use this tool to make emergency decisions. In an emergency, call 911. For a mental-health crisis in the US, call or text 988.
